Any unauthorized copying, duplicating, manufacturing, or commercial reselling of our physical designs by third-party vendors or local printers constitutes a structural infringement. 4. Order Verification & Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Policy

To maintain operational safety and prevent financial loss from fake orders:

  • We reserve the right to hold or cancel any physical order until it is verified over a phone call or WhatsApp message.
  • Providing a fake address or deliberately refusing a confirmed Cash-on-Delivery (COD) package upon arrival without a valid justification wastes logistics resources and may result in your details being blacklisted from future purchases across our network.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy

In alignment with local Consumer Protection laws, we stand behind the quality of our physical printed products:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a product that is physically damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong size/design compared to your order confirmation, we will provide a free replacement.
  • Time Window: To claim a replacement or return, you must notify our team within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
  • Sizing Issues: Because our apparel is printed according to standard size charts provided on the product pages, please review the measurements carefully before ordering to avoid sizing mistakes.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third-party marketing companies. Your information is only shared with trusted courier companies operating within Pakistan solely for the purpose of delivering your physical parcel.
