1. General Conditions

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our sole discretion at any time.
  • Any unauthorized or illegal use of our website or products, violating any laws in your jurisdiction, will result in immediate termination of our services and potential legal action.

2. Product Accuracy & Colors

  • Digital Previews vs. Physical Prints: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our printed apparel and products as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will perfectly match the physical print.
  • Sizing: We provide detailed size charts on our product pages. It is the customer’s responsibility to check these measurements before ordering. Beestroke is not liable for incorrect sizes ordered by the customer.

3. Order Verification & Shipping (Pakistan)

  • Order Confirmation: All orders placed on our website are subject to verification. We reserve the right to contact you via Phone Call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order details and shipping address before dispatching the parcel. Unverified orders will be canceled.
  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery across Pakistan typically takes 3 to 7 working days. However, shipping times are estimates, and Beestroke is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services, fuel strikes, weather conditions, or local holidays.

4. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) & Abuse Policy

Cash-on-Delivery is a convenience we provide to our valued customers. Abuse of this service damages small businesses:

  • If you confirm a COD order and deliberately refuse to accept the delivery upon arrival without a genuine, documented reason, you will be permanently blacklisted from placing future orders on our platform.
  • We reserve the right to share blacklisted user details (Phone Number and Shipping Address) with shared local e-commerce seller databases to prevent industry-wide logistics fraud.

5. Pricing & Modifications

  • Prices for our printed products are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, design, or service at any time without liability to any customer or third party.

6. Intellectual Property & Design Protection

All artwork, creative concepts, layouts, Urdu calligraphy typography, graphics, and physical printed designs displayed on Beestroke are the exclusive intellectual property of Beestroke and are protected under the Copyright Ordinance 1962 of Pakistan.

  • You may not copy, replicate, commercially exploit, or resell our designs through any physical or digital medium.
  • Unauthorized replication of our products for commercial sale will be treated as piracy and reported to the FIA Cybercrime Wing and relevant intellectual property tribunals.

7. Limitation of Liability

Beestroke, our team, or our delivery partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this website, or from the wear and tear of our physical products over time due to improper washing or handling.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, with any legal disputes falling under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lahore.

9. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
